Didn’t make my drink right and when I told the barista she asked if I can just take an extra venti cup with ice since she already made my drink. From my experience once your drink is made wrong they will correct it and make the correct drink. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS BECASUE OF THAT AND BECAUSE THE GIRL AT REGISTER WAS NOT FRIENDLY WHAT SO EVER. Bad service all around!

I’m now convinced there’s management issues somewhere in the chain. This location is very often out of many products. Today, there are 4 drinks listed OUT and they are out of EVERY sandwich. Only pastries. This is a very sad location.

Not a convenient Starbucks . It is located inside a hotel and prices are inflated. Secondly, they don’t allow the use of App and Rewards . So skip it . Go for an original Starbucks place that is just nearby at the Village.

Service seemed a little off. Shift change or people coming from break or going on break seemed to slow things down. Placed order for two drinks, they fulfilled one but then other patrons where getting theirs and still no second drink. Had to ask, the cup was misplaced and not seen. Drinks made correctly
