You can literally push the service button , leave drive all the way to the lauren’s location and get your food then come back to the clinton sonic and still wait 5 minutes before they take your order…. this is the slowest sonic i have ever been to. I just think they dont give a damn.

Everytime I go my order is wrong , and my buns look dry and old ! & the tenders always look burnt and small , nothing seems to be cooked well anymore , it’s like no one cares at all . & some of the servers sound soo down like they don’t wanna be there .

10/10 service, my car broke down by the drive through window and the employees were SO helpful and didn’t make me feel bad about it. One woman looked up tow truck companies while we tried pushing my car out of the way. I appreciated everyone’s help! The food was also delicious when I finally got to eat it an hour later

Service is terrible every time. Never fails. Sat at a stall for over 5 minutes after pushing the button to order with no response. This just seems like a common occurrence at every fast food restaurant in Clinton. Perhaps new management and proper customer service training would help this issue.

wow i havent been to a good sonic in a minute ; this is the first time in a very long time that i see an actual adult working at sonic !! usually its young kids who can careless about doing their job but not here , the lady who brings out the food was very nice , quick and super friendly , my food was hot and fresh and i have no complaints what so ever .. its a drive from my house but definately willing to make it !

My co-worker and i went on our break to get ice cream. When we got to the drive thru window we were NOT greeted, we received no receipt, and after we were handed our shakes we never got a thank you or anything. Terrible service! This is not the first time that service has been bad. I am only giving 1 star because i had to in order to submit a review.Thinking we need to take our business else where.

Not a bad place to get a quick and good bite. I just chilled in my truck looking at the menu, decided what I wanted pushed the red button on the screen and ordered and even paid. Never left the seat of my truck. 3-4 minutes go by and here comes my food. And it was good And filling

If you really have to be in Clinton, try to keep driving. If that fails the food is OK but the experience was diminished by the kids being loud and begging at the tables out front.
