The staff was amazing! The food was great! The dine in experience was not pleasant. It is 77 degrees outside and the a/c was not on. In the lobby all of the customers were complaining of the heat. My family felt sick when we left due to the heat. The poor staff that were super amazing was working in those horrible conditions. If I felt faint in the dinning room I could only imagine how they felt back by all of the machinery. They put on smiles and went above and beyond. They need to help make this staff and the customers feel more comfortable and have better working conditions. TURN THE A/C on for a better experience for all. Before you have a worker/customer pass out from heat exposure. Thank you.

Normally, I don’t go to fast food places at night, but I sat at the curbside service well over the alotted time. I called to ask if I was to come in to get my food, and I was told that when the order was received, they would fix it. It’s funny how I waited 15+ minutes and watched cars pull in and leave the drive thru well before my order. I went into the establishment to get my own order, and I walked into utter chaos. The manager was yelling at the workers and vice versa. I am going to admit that I acted like a Karen. I told the girl who gave me my food that the manager needs to stop yelling like that and check her attitude. It was disgusting how they were acting towards each other. I will be contacting corporate about the service I didn’t receive and the atmosphere of this fast food chain. But I will say, the fries were hot!!

We got 5 sandwiches. 3 were sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and two were bacon and cheese sandwiches with extra crispy back and extra bacon. The bacon and cheese sandwiches had no cheese, the sausage and cheese McGriddles had no sausage they put bacon on every one of them. This isnt the first time theyve made the food wrong either.

Gave me my 2 Frappuccino’s, then had asked me to pull forward. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting on 10 chicken nuggets. Watched half the staff sitting in a booth talking. Ended up leaving and just going back to work after multiple cars passed after getting there food.
