Fast and efficient, this location has good turn over so everything I go in they are always bring out a fresh dish. This is an update from my post 2 years ago. Things have gone down hill at this location. I order online and I get skipped. The portions are notably smaller ordering online as opposed to in person. I ordered mixed greens but got mostly cabbage… with 1 piece of broccoli. I’m discouraged at coming back to this location. I’m going to try a different location next time and if I get similar results I will be sure to share with everyone. Ordering online gives you the worst of the food available see my picture as proof

Fast casual Americanized Chinese food. My while family loves the orange chicken. The kids like the broccoli beef. Husband and older daughter like the honey walnut shrimp. I like the Beijing beef. None of us like the fried rice as it is not very flavorful. To keep the cost down, we get 3 three entree plates. Husband and I share one, the two boys share one, and the two girls share one.

Food is good but small portions for price. You better know exactly what you want because they push you fast through order and you can’t hear a word from all the noise. BATHROOM IS LOCKED & YOU NEED CODE. Love Panda Express…but this was a bit too express….no one should be in that big of hurry.

FLY EGGS ON MY FOOD! I’ve eaten at this place plenty of times & each time it gets worse, today was my last time eating at the monument location specifically, i opened my honey walnut shrimp & a fly flew out of the container, upon further inspection i noticed one of the shrimp right on top had actual fly eggs on the shrimp. Maybe just a one time mishap, personally not worth the risk to me. Won’t be dining there again. Absolutely disgusting.

Overall it is just like any old panda express, a bit bigger than the ones I’ve seen if anything. One thing though is that whenever I order the teriyaki chicken they never give me the teriyaki sauce, I always have to ask for it. Without the sauce teriyaki chicken is just regular chicken. Also they are a little stingy when it comes to the serving, especially with the expensive ones.
