First time ordering Backyard BQ Pizza..It was the bomb !! The bbq sauce is just perfect ! Got the stuffed crust and it came with plentiful amount of creamy mozzarella cheese, not the chewy cheese some others use. . I LOVED it. We picked up in 20 minutes and was still nice and warm when we got home a mile away. Only thing is I am so afraid I’m going to get addicted. LOL Good job Pizza Hut, please keep this on the menu.

Super hot no AC in front poor service waited 10 to 15 mins approximately for food. On top of that it’s a newly renovated space don’t blame the service for staying in back to stay cool but going out to check on something outside had faster service then my family and I wait for food to come.

Been 10+ years ago before this order with ‘The Hut’. A Big New Yorker and the Pan 3 topping ordered with xtra sauce on both. 90% bread and 10% toppings was the final results on both Pizza’s. Sauce was xtra Light barely showing, not xtra MORE as requested. Needed 200%+++ more cheese and toppings to even come close to a “good acceptable” pizza product. Final thoughts are – The Last time ever Ordering from Pizza Hut.. Lost our support for this poor product offered and served to the public.

So we ordered the new pizza today and we’re super excited to try it after the first bite we realized the staff forgot an essential part of the pizza the sauce (note the sauce is in top for this pizza). Attempted to call at least 12 times but never an answer. How can you make money if you don’t answer the phone. So if you want stuck with sub par pizza this is your place to go. I mean really who forgets the sauce. Oh and by the way I checked the order just to make sure it was not my mistake and nope it said sauce…

The past few weeks my boyfriend and I have order food from this establishment they always forget to deliver something from the order. Then you call to speak with them about the missing item and they say they will transfer you to management, they keep you waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes and never answer your call. They charge us for items they never deliver.
