Considering I dislike Starbucks I welcomed Dunkin. Traveled here from NY, land of the Tim Hortons, to find mu 2nd favorite coffee place. It’s the left entrance of Walmart. Small and uneventful and the coffee tastes good, just get cream and sugar. Got donuts for travel partner who enjoyed them immensely. Good thing for the rental car as this was my daily trip. 3 stars as even tho it is a chain the coffee was a little lacking in taste from their other locations.

I just ordered from here. order a small frozen ice coffee with Caramel and a shot of espresso. Didn’t get it got watered down frozen ice coffee with no Caramel and no espresso. The order sticker says frozen ice coffee with 2 caramel swl . You couldn’t even taste anything. It’s the same girls that always mess up my order when I go in there.

I have been a fan of DD for a long time. This post however is not about the food but about an employee. I went to the store around 12:30 on Friday September 30th the store was busy not super busy, but brisk. Took me a while to realize that there’s only one employee. This girl was holding down the whole show by herself. What can only be a scheduling mistake left her alone on a Friday. She handled it like a champ very impressive.

I love Dunkin Donuts, I feel impotent when I have to deal with a non caring worker, there is a heavy set young lady there who really has no business working there, she is very inconsiderate of people and of myself my wife and my 7 month old baby, I don’t do reviews like this but this went outside the normal! I will never return to this 7th st branch in Walmart in Reno Nevada!!

This was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last. Two employees seemed bothered by me. One was sitting in the corner with her boyfriend, she didn’t even get up to assist me. The second abruptly took my order without speaking to me and kept rolling her eyes at me. There are several other donut shops. I think I will stick with them.

I got a “jug of joe” it was 23$ and I cant say it was worth it because I only drank 2 cups from it. Although the coffee was tasty I dont think is was worth 23$ I prefer thier iced coffee drinks now those are good. Over all I give them 1 thumps up 1 z twist and a s snap in that order. With a chocolate milk on the side.
