Update: Updating my rating to 3 from 5: In the last 3 take out orders from Super Fusion, we noticed the size of the meat has decreased and the amount of “fillers” have increased and at the same time they have increased their prices. Loyal customers would understand the price hike because of inflation but quality also went down. The last few times have been a disappointing experience.

The restaurant has several signs saying independently owned and operated, not sure if this is a reference to the number 2 as compared to the number 1. I have been in both and I can vouch that this place is great. We ordered octopus scarpagio, sushi entrees and combos and everything taste fresh, the service was super friendly and prompt. There were enough tables for us to sit and it felt nice and open. I wish I had more time to try their desert but definitely a great place for sushi and saw an online review placing them in the top three sushi places to visit in Boston.

This became our go-to Japanese restaurant since Guinza changed management a couple of years back. It’s not inviting from the outside, but when you step in it’ transports you with the colors and typical smell of good japanese restaurants. Fish is super fresh and their offer goes far beyond Salmon. We shared one of their combo sushi and sashimi platters. Fish was fresh and the rice was fine. Will return for sure!

Went with my wife. She had chicken teriyaki and I had the House Maki. My wife also ordered tuna sushi which she said was delicious and with a thick piece of tuna. I found my House Maki(see their menu) to be very fresh and tasty. Prices were typical for this type of restaurant. Finally, the employees were very courteous

We got two soups, avocado salad, two maki rolls and everything was quite delicious. One of the rolls was their special of the day with torched torro on top and it was a great recommendation. It cost 20 something bucks for that one roll though (because tuna belly), so just keep that in mind. The only draw back is the service. If you are a regular, you’re good to go. They seat you right away and take your order quickly. If you’re not, just order take out. It took us a bit to place our orders. During that time, we saw two tables get seated and leave because no one waited on them. It is really good food, so will be going back, just won’t eat there.
