Not the best Burger King. Used to be much better. The newer manager is quite nice but the workers are distracted and don’t seem to care what they’re doing. Wouldn’t put it past them to spit in your food if you complained about your food being cold or done wrong sadly. Lately it seems they close unexpectedly during their regular hours due to not being able to have enough staff to keep the place running. I usually like the chicken sandwich but mine was cold. The Air Force Academy decorations and tables are great. Such a shame. Hopefully they can turn themselves around soon since they’re one of the few fast food options on the base.

We stopped here per request of my son. They gave us a barbie doll with his kids meal. The employee we dealt with was good, just do not care much for their burgers or fries. I only enjoy their breakfast items.

Woman at the window named Eliza was extremely rude. I got the pleasure of getting an over the top lecture about how I should have told her about the coupon before I ever ordered anything(as if I’m a mind reader and should have simply known). I would happily do this in the future knowing that, but unless the coupon says to do that, how should I know? I worked at Starbucks for 10 years and we got coupons constantly. Even if someone did something a little “out of order” I would never speak to them the way she did to me. Some people really just shouldn’t be put in the window if they are going to take their bad morning out on others.

We go to this location a lot because there are no options on the main side of the base. The service here is great. It is clear they are struggling because they are under staffed. I have never had a problem here and the staff are doing their best.

This is the most annoying BK ever. It’s decent when it’s open. There’s a huge sign out front that says now selling breakfast open at 7:00 a.m. and yet it’s 7:45 and the doors are locked and the drive-thru is barricaded

Everything i go thru the drive up window my order is wrong. This time I ordered 3 small fries and a packet of mayo. Only received 2 fries and no mayo. How disappointing. Then attempted to call multiple times and they are not answering the phone.

Had to eat here a few times because the base has so little to choose from, unless you work on the hill. This place is never clean. I’ve been here in the morning when windows, floors and tables should be spotless but food crumbs, grease, smudges and flies are everywhere. Food and customer service is adequate if you can get past the filth.

Seems like some of the employees here don’t like their job, I asked the frail young man why they charge $1.50 for Whopper patties but off base they’re $1.00, he said that HE DOESN’T EAT at Burger King is a sarcastic voice. I guess he knows the food here is sub standard, who knows.
