We were exhausted and didn’t realize the Restaurant was across the street, .02 miles, the driver arrived and the app stating they were “wrapping up” the order. They were “wrapping up” for at least 20 minutes. Our sandwiches arrived cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. The fries were cold. The frosty was melted and had a foamy film across the top. When I poured it out it was as thin as chocolate milk. I was afraid to taste it due to the foamy film. Everything has to be tossed. Was very concerned about food quality since the food was cold. Was it heated at some earlier doing and just sitting and waiting to be made into a sandwich? Whoever poured the frosty had to know that the frosty was chocolate milk. Maybe because it was through a delivery service they didn’t care? I do know that the delivery app showed the driver at the restaurant waiting for a while. Definitely would never recommend.

082623 – stopped for gas at the nearby speedway, no other restaurants were open, hit the drive thru, nice people, quick service. Hot fresh food. Back on the road! Thank you.

First impression is they don’t even want you there. Dining room was sticky and floor was dangerously slick. Paid to much for cold frys and cold nuggets. When I confronted the staff about the frys I asked if I could get some fresh. So the took the pack and smashed more cold frys in top. When asked for some BBQ sauce. She took a hand full and smashed it into my hand. WOW.

I sure hope the tall guy with red hair ( I think his name is Ron ) hasn’t quit or been let go of. I haven’t seen him all week. He makes that Wendy’s worth going to. Their never slow when he is there and he is always cleaning. Getting breakfast from him each morning is a nice start of the day. He is always Polite and sweet no matter how his day is going. He is a great asset to the Wendy’s on North Charles Severs Blv. Thank you Ron, BP

Very slow. The food came out cold (the fries were not even warm) and as typical of a drive through, the order was wrong, but not enough to notice until we had already left. The ladies that were working however were very nice and seemed to be working very hard as if they didn’t have enough staffing.

Every single time I go, each car in the drive thru takes 10 full minutes to process, and the food is always always always burnt until it is inedible. I deserve one star myself for going back, won’t make that mistake again.

There was mold on the drink machines, yes I said machines, the soda and lemonade was nasty, our food was wrong and they were more worried about drive thru then al the customers in the lobby had this older lady running around poor thing.
