Allen’s is a must do for lunch when you’re willing to skip the Interstate and visit the home of the Legend of Boggy Creek. It’s definitely worth veering off the highway.

Ordered some lunch for the family. Expecting a good meal. The drive thru was extremely slow, but once I got home with the food I was missing fries from one meal. Also the hotdog as included was a absolute mess. A chili dog can’t be drowned or the breads ruined. Really expected much better..

My partner and I were craving burgers for lunch and stopped here on our way down to LA when we couldn’t find a McDs. We were bother very happy McDonald’s wasn’t in the cards; our burgers were delicious. I got a small single cheeseburger and he got a large double plain (forgot to take pics before we started eating).

This place is local in Fouke. Allen’s is one of the few places to eat around here, and I’m not mad about it. Its small and very mom&pop shop vibes. I’ve been there a few times now and every time has been fantastic. Service is great, food is flavorful and fresh, and price is reasonable! My family has been going here for years so it’s a classic for them and for me now too.

We were on vacation from California and stopped here for dinner. Food was delicious and BIG, and we even ordered the smaller hamburger! Loved that the waiter said his grandmother was the owner of this place and it has been in the family for a long time. We love supporting small businesses and if we’re ever back in the area, will stop in again…. especially to check out the rest of the VAST VARIETY menu!
