I have been trying to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt because I work so close to this one but every time I order my coffee, they never make it how i request it. Then one time I skipped the drive thru to make sure my order was right and it wasn’t so I asked them to fix it and they gave me an attitude. I also noticed that so many employees work at this location and no one at the register when needed and then when they finally see you waiting to order, they don’t even apologize to you for the wait. Not worth throwing your money at a restaurant that doesn’t even care to show you politeness as well as proper customer service.

We love the woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She’s the sweetest thing!!! However, I just got an egg and cheese for my 4 year old and im pretty sure this is a BITE (with teeth marks) taken out of the egg?? Tried to Call them and they don’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full.
