Incredible! We had the beef and the lamb pasty. The filling is hearty and flavorful but what really impressed me was how much moisture stayed in the filling without soaking into the crust or bursting out when we baked it. The crust was very tasty and baked perfectly.

Savory, flaky, and delicious pies! I ordered the meat pie and chicken pot pie. This was my first experience here, and I am already planning another trip. They were both delicious, possibly the best chicken pot pie I’ve had. I ate all of the meat pie and half of my friends chicken pie 🙂 Going back for more and can’t wait to try the deserts!

It is difficult to overstate how good Holly’s meat pies are. The pastry is tender and flaky. The fillings are generous and well seasoned. Get a bunch, take ‘em home, and bake ‘em for a real treat!

Finally had an opportunity to try Holly’s Meat Pies today and decided to go with the Vegan Veggie Pasty. It was so tasty that I didn’t even stop to get a proper photo for this review. Service was fast and friendly and the pie came out piping hot. To my surprise there was a serving of each of the sauces that they sell, and they were both absolutely delicious! It is safe to say that for a shop with meat in the name that they make some spectacular vegan food. The crust was flavorful and flaky and the filling was fantastic. I look forward to going back and will be recommending to friends.

As my first travel to USA as an European citizen (from Sweden), I was very lucky to have chicken and lamb pies at Holly’s!! Very nice treatment by the seller, soo delicious pies, excellent packing with all you need so that you could easily with no hand touching have the pies, warm meal, delicious sauce!! This made my first visit to USA a very NICE memory:) My husband and I have wrote down the address to go back to Holly’s again any time we visit USA:) Unbelievably Best Pie I ever Had in my entire Life!! I STRONGLY recommend ANYONE to have pie at Holly’s!! Thank you the young LADY (who I unfortunately don’t know your name) for your soo nice welcoming and amazing delicious pies:) If I had the possibility to give more Stars, I would give millions stars to You!! You made my first USA visit a very lovely memory:) love ❤️

A group of us were on the Downtown Holiday Wine Walk this eve and my husband’s request was to get some meat pies from Holly’s Meat pies! We got 4 pies including lamb, pork empanada, chicken pot pie, and vegan veggie. We had taste tests of all 4 and none of us could decide which one we liked the best! (We loved them all!)

Great little place! Very happy they had a vegan option, I am from England and it’s hard to find a good pasty, Holly’s did not disappoint. The BBQ and Ketchup that go with the pasty were very tasty! Had to stop myself from going back and buying another. Will be back next time I’m in Bellingham!

Absolutely delicious! We tried a breakfast one, the classic chicken pot pie, and the pecan bars. The breakfast one was a bit sausage heavy but I loved it! The chicken pot pie was incredible! I’ve never had such a crispy, flaky perfect crust!

finally got a chance to visit! I was warmly greeted at their takeout window which has a variety of greatest-hits items available (I think the expanded menu is for take home?) and happily ordered a Beef Meat Pie that was about the size and shape of a calzone. The pastry is flaky and flavorful and the filling was hearty and nicely seasoned. A sauce is included for dipping that brought out some extra beefiness. Overall was pleased and will look forward to returning to Holly’s to try the chicken pot pie!
