I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza dinner box, it came… without chicken??? Undercooked, and sliced like it was cut by Edward scissor hands. There was a cinnamon stick stolen out of the box ripped off the rest, how do you make a Buffalo chicken pizza without chicken? And still undercook it?? It was the only pizza there when I got there so there’s no sides to say they were busy and things slip… how do 5 people miss chicken on a pizza? Thanks for the hot sauce raw cheese pizza I guess? They did refund me.

if i could give 0 stars i would.. i don’t typically rate businesses but todays had me irritated. i ordered my food and it was a 20 minute wait. i came in 5 minutes after the 20 minute wait. the lady working didn’t communicate at all until i was still in there waiting 15 minutes later and she said “ we forgot to make the pasta so it’ll be a little longer” another 15 minutes went by and i got my order and it was cold. overall i waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas , pasta and garlic bread. 2 other people walked in after me and the Lady working didn’t even acknowledge them.

I’m really appalled by all of the bad reviews, as today was my first time at this location. The customer service was outstanding, and while waiting on my order, my daughter and I were encountered by a friendly conversation from the manager . Also, my order was correct and fresh , No complaints here .

I hate giving bad reviews and prefer to give businesses a chance but this location has gotten really bad. A month ago we ordered the New Yorker XL and when I picked it up it was a large for the same price and was told they ran out of the New Yorker boxes (no phone call to let me know). So tonight I called to make sure they had the boxes for the New Yorker and they did. Received a phone call 20 minutes later saying they ran out of the New Yorker dough and they would give me what I wanted for the same price. Which was nice of them but I ordered a hand tossed and what I got was so thin I could see thru it. It and the bread sticks were stone cold even tho I only live 10 min away and my husband waited for it so it should have at least bern somewhat warm. And the toppings were not how I asked for them.

Ordered online almost 24 hours ahead, arrived 15 min early so the food wouldn’t sit and it was ready 15 min late! While we waited every order that went out was wrong. Every customer had to come back into the store and have them correct something with it. Will never order from here again.

While the staff is polite and friendly there is one problem that remains. I love the buffalo wings and have ordered the 8, 16, and 24 count. Pretty much every time a good portion of the wings are dry. For some reason they skimp on the sauce to the point that wings are not coated and there is no sauce left.
