My wife and I were there a few months ago and have been remiss in writing a review. We love places like this… original, unchanged, home-grown, with lots of LOCALS who come to eat. The owners and staff treated us like friends, despite us looking like the New Yorkers we are. Same goes for the folks we shared a table with. Southern hospitality accentuated with super regional food. Can’t wait to come back next month! Get the grits!

I stopped here for lunch on the way to Chattanooga. I always like mom n pop places and Yellow Jacket did not disappoint! The servers are kind, attentive, and friendly, and knew all of the locals who came in by name! The restaurant was clean.

Absolutely love this place, and the ppl!! Everybody there is super friendly and super sweet!! Me and my lil fur baby go there jus bout every morning, lil girl absolutely loves goin cause she gets all the attention from everybody there. Lol, but all in all it is a really great place to eat. If u haven’t given them a try I highly suggest u do so!!
