I appreciated the good food the poboy was amazing. The service was friendly and fast. The french fries need some help they were fresh, but they just weren’t good.

The ladies working there are absolute sweethearts and treat you like family. I’ve never had a poboy so I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered today, but it was delicious and full of flavor! Speedy service and all fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend stopping here for lunch.

We stopped in to grab a quick lunch before a swamp tour. So glad we did. The roast beef po boy was out of this world. Bread was perfect, perfect ratio of roast beef to toppings to mayo. I’d eat here any time, and I am very picky when it comes to quality.

Ordered the Shrimp poboy it was a pretty good sandwich but I was surprised and a little disappointed that the only gator in the restaurant 10 min from New Orleans only had gator sausage. No gator meat/tail or boudin balls or boudin at all. I don’t get to stop to eat in LA very often and try to get my favorite foods when I can was hoping a place with such a name would atleast have one or the other. Shrimp was cooked perfectly though not much for a decent drink selection pretty much fountain drinks only. Some tea or lemonade would have been alot better than a soda or juice out of the soda box. Seems a bit expensive to go from $12 to $16 on a cheap soda with no chips. food didn’t taste bad but for what it was and the price I’ll eat somewhere else. I’ll give 4 stars because the two ladies were so sweet.

I ordered a New Nee Shrimp Poboy. DO NOT waste your time at this place. The green tomatoes were so burned (blackend). I had to throw them away. I asked for no lettuce, and the poboy was full of wilted shredded lettuce. I’m a local and will not recommend this place to anyone.
