Cool little place for pizza. Ingredients are fresh and I day that because it’s not some big chain restaurant that mass orders are put in. Dough is made from scratch. Not to mention that he makes deep dish pizzas. Place is not fancy but the owner seems like a hard working man. For a small town place, I highly recommend supporting local businesses.

Not the cleanest looking dining area, but the food is out of this world! The owner runs the kitchen like a freaking champ. I read some reviews before driving five minutes from my hotel and thought this place might be a Diamond in the rough; it absolutely is. The pizza I got was a small supreme, stuffed mushrooms, and CANNOLI ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I can’t tell you how much I love this place after eating everything I ordered. Customers keep driving to the drive through but I suggest GO INSIDE and meet the LEGEND that is making your food! He’s really nice! EAT THE FOOD!!!!!

Mixed review, I enjoyed the crustless Tuscan chicken very much! Both good flavor and portion size! The Italian salad was wonderful as well! The hubby got the gluten free meat combo pizza, that however was not so good! The crust was rubbery and the meats were odd in texture and taste!

The salad bar here is the best in town, and the grilled chicken salad is in my top 5 favorite salads of all time. The pizza is fresh and tasty, the owner is super nice and personable, and the prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you get. Also, the pasta dishes are also great if you aren’t in the mood for salad or pizza. Milano’s is one of my favorite places to eat in Carthage. It’s no accident they’ve been open for so long in a historically picky small town.

The pizza is so good I love his pizza’s but if you are first timer going in the guy that ownes it is a little rude but that’s just him. Don’t take it to heart. Also it takes a little time to get a pizza cause he makes them fresh.

Quiet little place but EXCELLENT food. I got the bruschetta and grilled chicken penne Milano. My husband got the chicken cacciatore. Both meals were delicious! Even my Italian mother would’ve been pleased. And the bruschetta was awesome with the pesto in it! Bread was perfectly crisp too. I was very pleased. The owner was also great, and took excellent care of us. We are traveling but if we come back to this area again, we will definitely come back!

This place was really good. Went here for the first time when I was in town working. I got the chicken parm. The portions here are also huge, so come hungry.

We stopped here on the way home from a trip and it was very good!! Pizza came out hot and cheesy and not too greasy! Very fresh.

Great pizza, lasagna, and stuffed mushrooms! We didn’t expect much from an Italian place in the middle of nowhere, but wow we were blown away by the taste and quality. Owner/server had a great sense of humor and loved hitting the balloon around with his young kindergarten-aged daughter.

If you are traveling through Carthage you need to eat here. The food here from pizza to lasagna and chicken cacciatore were awesome. The owner i think was there and is super friendly. But the food all tastes like it is from scratch.
