If I could have given this branch a “0” star I would have. I have went here multiple times within the last three months and every time my order is wrong some how. My most recent experience I ordered “Large Coke, light ice and a small cone” when I was approached I was handed my large coke with light ice and a small coke with no ice. I have had sandwiches missing before and when I called to report to the manager it is always the same thing. I will write your name down and when you come back through just ask for your sandwich on us. When I go to get the sandwich, I am told there was nothing wrote down and told I would need to speak with the manager. I am by no means a “Karen” but when I order and pay for food, I expect it to be correct. If you can’t keep up find a different job.

The past 3 times my husband and I have ordered here, our sandwiches have been SWIMMING in sauce. You can’t open a wrapper without it getting all over you. The burgers are supposed to be the star of the show, not the ketchup and mustard. It feels like the employees have no respect for the customers who have to eat the food. This is also a waste and costing money for the store when they are over using condiments , not to mention when customers stop going here because it’s disgusting and a hassle. At this point I will happily drive elsewhere to get better food and a better experience.

This isn’t a bad place if the right people are working. There is a crew that takes things a little bit more serious, but they really lay the condiments on burgers. The fries are usually good with this crew too. The other crew act like they hate the job and you can frequently hear them complaining about customers or the job from the kitchen. I was just there on a Tuesday afternoon. The kid taking orders looked super unhappy. He rolled his eyes and sighed as I ordered. Sometimes people have bad days, cool, but then I heard them in the back talking about how it’s his right to tell customers to shut up because of the first amendment. So, it’s not great customer service when that crew is working.

They just can’t get anything right. For starters, I was the only car in the drive thru, and I sat at the pick up window for a couple minutes. I don’t mind, that means fresh fries right? Hell no. I look up just in time to see the manager scratching head (like raking her scalp) and then with her dirty hands, puts cold fries in the bag.
