Had struggled with their management, Jon/female manager. Raised up in the business; I must admit, they did a fairly poor job, particularly when the worked together. I actually gave up on returning my business for a cpl yrs – ya gotta push me pretty far to reach abandonment with me.. when you make the best pizza around. Nevertheless, it does seems as tho, current management is good.

We went back on St. Patrick’s day so the dough could be green as an option. The pizza was good, but very dry. The chicken is very dried out, so I’d avoid any pizzas with chicken on it. The inside of the place is very cool.

This is my first time eating pizza here and I was from out of town and I’m going to tell you you have some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. There’s plenty of choices the slices are huge like New York slices. You can’t go away hungry at this place. It’s a little bit on the higher price for what you’re getting but it’s probably worth it. I love that you can write on the table with dry erase markers that really entertains children if you bring kids. I actually ate here twice while I was in town because it’s one of my kids’ favorite places.

Visiting in from Utah and came across the little gem. We ordered the three different kinds of bread and they all were great specially the cheese sticks. Also ordered the caprese salad and it was really good! Plus the slice of Roni pizza. Definitely a good little pizza joint!

Our waitress Izzie was so kind, pleasant and professional. She made sure we were happy with what we ordered and kept our drinks filled up. She is definitely an asset to her coworkers and this location! We came back the next night and we’re pleased to get her as our server again!

LONG time regulars at Hitt Road Lucy’s. Ordered a large supreme calzone and a large meat calzone with a 10 piece boneless wings. The girl taking my order even read it back to me, as should be. Told me it would be 63 dollars when picked up. I was a little confused and reconfirmed the amount with her. She said, yep 63 dollars. Went in to pick up the order and the reason was 14 sollars MORE than it should’ve been is because she said I ordered the 30 dollar large meaty pizsa instead of the calzone. AFTER she read the order back to me on the phone. The supreme calzone had the wrong cheese and half the ingredients in it. The wings as you can see were smaller than finger steak ends. Manager said that her “chicken guy” did it to her again and she would refund the wings purchase. Never happened. Will not be going back. Very sad situation because we’ve been going there for so long and loved the place. One time basically calling me a liar and charging me for s**t I didn’t even order or making things right is all it takes to lose a guaranteed sale at least once a week.

If your tongue wants to savor the flavor of pure awesomeness – then Lucy’s has you covered! The Zestpian was like a magical spicy unicorn prancing on my tongue singing, “Zesty!!”. Their gluten free crust is good and their gluten free brownies are even better! Imagine a sweet, gooey, little chocolate square of perfection making your every gluten wish come true – except there is no gluten! It’s perfection! Can’t wait to return here! The staff was amazing too! Our family kept spilling drinks (this never happens!) And she was so friendly about It! Amazing waitress! Give her a raise or the very least, some free gooey chocolate squares of love!
