Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Staff behind the counter refused to acknowledge customers existence. The only way to get anything was by ordering at the screen. The guy next to me asked 3 times for something and was blatantly ignored.

I am a kind person but the lady who took my order was very very rude hurt full and she wanted two judge us for ordering 3 meals which was for me my mother and husband someone with that much hair on her face doesn’t need to judge someone for what they eat I never said one mean word! We had to dine in because the drive-thru register was broken. The cashier couldn’t figure out which register to use. The staff was arguing/complaining amongst themselves. There is a twenty cent difference in price between a large and a small beverage. Their breakfast crunch wrap was nearly seven dollars each and would be lucky to contain one tablespoon worth of steak in them.

Don’t do Dine In … super slow. They don’t care if anyone is at counter waiting to be served. Drive thru customers are the only thing going here. Sad and sappy. I waiting 15 min. Only one lady said she would be with me in a minute.

I didn’t even want to give this place a star. Worse place to go to eat. Went here at 7:20pm on Feb 23 2023 the place was a mess had to clean off the table to even be able to sit n eat. The food was cold n sloppy ordered a steak burrito n it was nothing but beans no steak in it. Order a nacho grande n it was filled with Cold beans very little cheese. The worker didn’t give us a receipt n the other workers was more worried about talking n not doing their jobs. Seen four workers with gloves on touching the doors go outside n came back in n didn’t even wash their hands or even change their gloves. I work as a manager of a fast food place n understand when under staffed but they had enough workers where the lobby shouldn’t look like a pig pen. Need to train your workers about food safety especially with COVID still being around I definitely won’t be back!!!!

The food was hot and very good. We went to order at the counter after we decided what we wanted. After a few minutes we decided to try the kiosk since no one came to take our order, but we had a coupon and didn’t know how to do it on the kiosk. A man came in and someone came to the counter right away so we canceled the kiosk and ordered at the counter. The cashier was pleasant but I had to remind her to take off the coupon. Our food came out fairly quickly after we finally got the order in.
