I’ve tried this place a few times now and every time the food has been subpar. They are open late so that’s why I have ordered as many times as I have, but the portions are a joke for the price. Every time I order the portions get smaller. Considering the price the food isn’t made well. I spent $14 on crazy fries and the amount of food I received was comical. Literally a handful of fries covered in mystery goop. The Cuban sandwich didn’t come with anything but meat. Not a single condiment No mustard, Mayo, or pickles. The thing was drier than a desert, I could barely eat it. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt to this place but it keeps happening and it gets worse every time. Everything sounds better than it tastes from here. No matter how tempting it is because they are open late. I’d find anywhere else. The pictures speak for themselves. I also ordered a “Philly cheesesteak” and salchipapas with chicken. The steak sandwich was terrible but the saving grace was the salchipapas. Without those it would have been a one star joint.

I always order food here and I have never had an issue. I previously gave this business a 5-star rating. Recently, however, they decided to hire a woman to answer the phones and take orders at the bar and she doesn’t speak a word of English. When I called to place my order, she hung up on me because she could not understand me. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I called back another time and she answered again. I asked to speak with the manager or with another employee who speaks English. She hung up on me AGAIN! If she did this to me, then God only knows how many other customers she has done this to. If the owners weren’t aware, hopefully now they will be!

Disgusting!!!!! The food is awful! I ordere through Uber eats and was shocked of how awful the food was. If you’re drunk maybe just maybe you will like this food but I would NEVER! Order form here again. The food quality is HORRIBLE!!!!! They put the limes for the tacos outside the styrofoam containers like just thrown there! Who does that!!! I’m SO upset! This place is awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! They give you kid size portions too!!!!!

Had the Tripleta sandwich last week and destroyed it!!! Came back for the wings with the house sauce…. Delicious! I was able to stop for a second to take a picture. You must try the tostones de pana or breadfruit tostones!

12″ alcapurria was definitely worth it. It needed a little bit of salt compared to other places I grew up enjoying. Tostones were perfect and salted just right and went great with the mayo ketchup… no complaints! The arroz con gandules was absolutely authentic Puerto Rican cuisine…so good!!! The Mofongo with steak is perfect just needed extra caldo but that’s just my opinion. Ordered online and food was ready to go 20 mins before scheduled time. If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican food this place is a must!!

Tastes exceptional and everything is freshly made. I would have loved to try your tilapia but they were out of it. The filled whole plantain has beef and melted cheese in the center. Never had it like that before. If I had known about this place in the past, I would have came there on a nice date. The music was right and sexy
