Worst Japanese hibachi place I’ve ever been to. We almost walked out twice. For starters the lemons were rotten had a horrible smell and brown. We asked for new ones, those smelled worst. The water was very bad. Once we got the soup and salad. The salad was drenched in way too much sauce and after eating a few pieces and shaking it off it was brown and tasted horrible. The soup was way too salty and was not good.

4/2023 gave them another shot last week, chicken fried rice was great. Had them again this week horrible no flavor and had EGG shells in the fried rice. Sad they’re a great place guess I’ll have to go to a different location to get good food.

My husband and I were regulars there, since 2020. Food was always great. My husband loves the onion soup. Last night we had a new cook. She was horrible. Did not put on much of a show and then cut my husband’s filet too small and it got dried out. We also had lobster. My husband’s was burned to a crisp. Mine was slightly better. She didn’t put any lemon on the scallops. They were tender though. We won’t go back.

We just left and came on a Sunday 08/6/2023@4:30 to celebrate 3 birthdays. A Spanish woman came to our table to cook our food. She didn’t introduce herself and twirled her cooking spatulas. That’s all she did. She didn’t do the onion train, rice tricks, nothing. She didn’t grill anything at all. Everything was overdone and charred. The fried eggs she cooked before she even cooked the rice were brown before she cut them in pieces and drowned them in soy. Her personality equaled the quality of her food. I think for sure she was new and maybe worked at a buffet or maybe she didn’t make it at fast food place before she got hired on there. I feel sorry for the next customers who pay $20 for filet mignon and this lady butchers and overcooks it in front of their eyes and leaves them with a plate of jerky……..They gave us 15% off because the food was barely edible. We did not leave a tip. For a good reason:/ My tip, girl watch you tube videos, and practice more.

Absolutely beautiful place with amazing sushi. There is no wrong choice when it comes to ordering their rolls. Up to par with amazing more expensive sushi restaurants up in Dallas. All their rolls are amazing. Their waiter Jacob was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable about the menu, easy to talk to and friendly. I’d gladly come back next we visit Huntsville.

Love this place! The atmosphere is inviting and serene. The first thing I noticed was the amazing aroma that hits you as soon as you enter the restaurant where there are lots of young smiling faces. I came on a Friday evening around 7:30 and it was busy but not crowded and the atmosphere maintained was still calm and inviting. The food came out 15 mins after placing our order and that was 5 mins earlier than our server said it would be. Very nice. Would highly recommend.

Our hibachi cook was polite which justifys the 1 star, however she was totally incompetent at her job and didn’t seem confident at all. Her form was very sloppy, took her a long time to do basic things like clear the grill, the vegetables looked like they were about to spoil, she could not do something as basic as fry rice (she browned it for one minute) , the meat cuts looked nice but were completely unseasoned so that was a waste, one manager came 10 feet away and stared at the chef the entire time making my meal uncomfortable, when I asked the manager for a bag she looked confused and spoke chinese but acted like she was easdroping my mother speak for a couple minutes. The sushi did not taste fresh. I should have walked out as I couldn’t hold down more than four bites. The only other patron in the restaurant walked out on his meal leaving a full plate. Do yourself, your stomach, your wallet and your sanity a favor and avoid this place! The only hibachi grill in Huntsville, on the highway, at 5pm on a Friday with no customers should have been a clear warning. Meal was over $150.

Most of the food was too salty. The noodles were not edible because they were so salty. The soup and scallops were difficult to eat for the same reason. The salad was drowning in dressing which was overpowering. My husband’s vodka mixer had no alcohol in it, I did not get the fried rice I ordered and had to ask for steamed rice or I would not have had any. And the chef had no idea who got what meal. We had to claim every item. Consequently, while I did get the steak I ordered, it was not medium rare. I will say the sushi was delicious, but I have never had such a disappointing meal anywhere, and it was $165 for 3 people.
