A very disappointing pizza night from dominos on Millertown pike I ordered 4 pizzas and bread bites and this is what was delivered to me. 3 uncut and dropped pizzas and an order of bread bites that were burnt. Called the store to try and speak to someone about the order and waited on hold for over an hour and nobody ever answered. This location is terrible as this is not the first issue I have had. They need to replace management if this is the product they put out. How do you “forget” to cut 3 pizzas this is ridiculous. $55 with tip to cut and scrape together a few pieces to eat. Unacceptable.

My whole order was half cooked and when I called I spoke with an employee then he told me sorry about that. But he can give me a credit for a large pizza when I order 2 med and stuffed cheese bread. That was $33.82. I told the employee to let me speak to a manager and he said he was to busy to talk to me. Then I told him that I will bring the pizza back to domino’s myself and he said are you sure. Yes I’m sure because yall not trying to re make my order. Then he put me on hold and said that they will remake it and deliver it to me. That should have been the first thing they had offered instead of telling me they will give me a large pizza another time. This store needs to work on customer service skills. There was hardly any cheese or chicken on my BBQ chicken pizza. Someone must have used their small hands to measure with because the chicken was bearly there. If I were to have played, connect the chicken pieces, it would have been basically a line. It’s not a star or a weird shape but literally a line from one piece to the other. On a positive note, the BBQ sauce was nice.

The delivery driver by the name of Ashley delivered our order and I told her to back up in our driveway. She backed up and went through the neighbors yard and then she came over to our house to complain when we had nothing to do with it. I tried to call the store 4 times and no one ever answered the phone. This was ridiculous.

The food was great and the employees were wonderful. They had little stairs that lead to a viewing window. This is where my six-year-old got a show that she could not stop smiling from. It was the prep station for the dough. She got to see dough spun in the air while being prepped. It was the highlight of her night. Thank you.

Horrible. I live less than 2 mins way trackers stated delivery driver was in my neighborhood took her 15min to get here Looking at tracker she was on the opposite side of town and not in my neighborhood she bypassed me completely. Very sketchy! I think dominos needs to do like other Pizza companies and put a seal on pizza box so us customers feel safe to eat and knowing it wasn’t messed with. Can’t get a team member no longer how long you wait on the phone. If I could give 0 stars iI would. Next time I’ll stick to my norm (Papa John’s)
