The staff was unprofessional, they were standing around in the lobby as i drove through the drive- thru. I waited at the speaker for several minutes with no response, then i went to the front and asked if the were open and i was told yes, so i proceeded back to the speaker and sat there several more minutes no answer. I drove back to the front door and got out of my truck and went to the door which was locked and I spoke with the employees and they said that the window was open so I drove back around and by this time someone else was at the speaker and all i could smell was weed and i had to wait several minutes because they could not decide what they wanted. When I finally got back to the speaker the young lady took my order and i asked if they had any pot pies and she said no. I proceeded to the window where i had to wait for the car before me to get their order. When i get my order and pay for it I didn’t receive a receipt so I asked for it and i was told that the machine was not working. I asked to speak with the manager and when she came to the window i asked her for corporates number she told me that she didn’t have a number for corporate nor was it provided any where on the building. I think this was the worst experience ever.

The person at counter was slow. No one seem to care about the customer much, the food was okay not what I am use too, they gave me two wings the size of a bird wings the potatoes and gravy was old the slaw was full with onion, it was not good at all started to take back but was too tied to do anything, will never go back . 15 dollars down the drain.

Poor service. Cashier was rude. After receiving my order I went back to the counter for sauce. Instead of acknowledging me stand there, cashier rook three more orders then proceeded to pull chicken that wasn’t even ready. She then got on her phone. Like really? I had to flag another worker (a cook) down instead. ALL the tables were dirty. First and last time coming. Food was good though.

2 tiny wings! Tiniest I’ve ever seen $8! I ordered 2 wings Ala cart. Just wanted a snack & had a taste for chicken. The menu was ridiculously expensive…I think a 2pc meal was $10-$11! So it was no surprise that while Church’s chicken had a line going around the corner…I was able to pull rt up & order @ KFC which we all know has better tasting chicken Any wayz when I saw the prices I was ready to pull off & wait in Church’s chicken line too but because I was on my way to pick my sons up from school & was sneaking in a personal snack…I went ahead & ordered. The bag handed to me should have been the give away because I’d have sworn it was empty except for the chicken box! I opened the box saw what looked like 2 nuggets & I quickly busted a U – turn! Took the box to mngr & demanded a refund to my debit card! They end up giving me 2 extra wings to compensate but I’m still pondering how are they selling wings @ over $3 each and the wings look like pigeon wings? And how dare they put it in a box knowing this and expect for a customer to be happy or satisfied on any level! SMH! Are people not complaining or is customer service so terrible we don’t care if our customers come back? IJS! I can’t afford to just throw my money away! $8 A lot to pay for 2 wings so the least u shud do is come correct with order from the start! I should not have to come back & complain…BUT I WILL!
