Alabaster Car Wash
I enjoyed my beginners yoga class this morning with Cortney. After, I grabbed a turkey and cheese sandwich on a croissant with a cup of cauliflower and leek soup for lunch. Everything was yummy!!

The girls and I went to CreACTIVE yesterday to try out the Beginner Trapeze Yoga! It was so much fun, and relaxing, for both mind and body!! Eileen was amazing, she put us at ease and showed us how to do each step, helped us when we didn’t get it, it was so enjoyable! I will be returning very soon! Our next visit we are going to do the class: Dance Play Paint!! I’ll report back, but I’m sure it will be just as amazing!

I booked a class for my niece tonight. It was well worth the money and effort of getting out in the cold. Eileen is an amazing teacher! Her instructions were simple and easy to follow. I appreciate that she asked for my niece’s consent before touching her to help her get in the right position and for the light massage towards the end of the class. The environment couldn’t be better. They were so welcoming and friendly. In addition to satisfying her curiosity about trapeze yoga my niece said it really helped with her shoulder and neck pain.

This a great coffee shop with extremely friendly staff. The coffee I had was great with a strong taste. I also had a turkey and cheese sandwich that was phenomenal. Overall, if you in the Alabaster/Birmingham area this must go. Not to mention they have all sorts of classes like yoga and art!
