Standard McDonald’s location! I tried getting a Big Mac meal here for consistency, and it was of the same quality as I’ve had at many other locations! Fries were nice and hot, and the burger tasted as good as any. The kiosks at this location especially are very efficient and work well. Would recommend!

Waited at an empty counter for 5 min before anyone showed up. Cashier I believe was manager sneezed facing me like 10 times taking my order. Ordered food to eat there at the play place, waited another 10 min for it. Guy mopping kept mopping closer and closer to me everytime I moved he mopped closer. No dry place for me or my kid to stand, dangerous. Ordered a large meal and happy meal, was given medium fry and no chocolate milk.We finally sat down and our friend went to go get food and a different cashier gave her a number for the table to bring her food out. Bathroom was gross. Never reviewed a McDonald’s before but I’ve never been to such a terrible restaurant. Don’t go here, it’s awful.

My buddy and I stopped here on the way to pick up a motorcycle in Wauconda. This was just a random stop for lunch but I have to say it was one of the cleanest McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. I rated the food a 4 only because it’s fast food and fast food shouldn’t even have the option to get 5 stars. The service was great and friendly. The only reason we had to wait was due to the change from breakfast to lunch.

I frequently visit an assortment of McDonald’s. This particular store does not put pride in their sandwiches. We had to rearrange all the sandwiches – hamburger half way off bun, cheese on wrap rather than on burger, etc. The manager needs to retrain staff at the Lake Zurich store how to make sandwiches. Food was good when it was fixed the proper way by us.
