Got the order wrong, went in and waited to get it fixed (behind everyone who seemed to have been waiting for a while), finally got the sandwich with the right toppings but the sandwich was still wrong and all the other food I ordered was cold. Wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes to see if they got it right on the next try, so I just left. Realizing I spent almost an hour between waiting and trying to get it right, and the ridiculous high prices, I could have spent the same money and time to go buy everything and cook it myself. Which is exactly what I will do next time.

Their door lies about their hours. I need to use the restroom and wanted a chicken sandwich. For said lobby is open until 11 but the employee said they closed at 8! I asked to speak with a manager to beg to let me use the bathroom. Employee turned a corner and then I heard someone yell “I AIN’T NO FVCKING MANAGER!!!”. Since then I’ve only ever gone back when I get free stuff on the app, this location and DENNIS will never see a red cent from me!

Clean, quick service and handy kiosks. I’m honestly not a huge McDonalds fan but this one was close to the hospital we were visiting. Grabbed breakfast here, which is my preferred meal of the day to get from McDonalds. All was fine.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. The app never works. Whenever I try to order anything off the app, even just a mere happy meal, it just doesn’t work. This is extremely disappointing. I now go home and cry after every visit to mcdonald’s. please fix this issue for my sanity.

This particular McDonald’s is probably the best in Hot Springs in my opinion. Even though its really small since it’s attached to a gas station, they’re usually fairly quick & the food seems to always be good there. My favorite thing about this McDonald’s is that they’re always very clean. My least favorite thing about them is that since they’re right next to Lakeside school if you go right after 3:00 they’re packed full of loud teenagers that are at times using alot of bad language, so I wouldn’t bring little kids inside while they’re full of the teenagers
