We ordered from Dimatteo’s at my job. We informed the employee taking the order that we had to have our pizza arrive by an exact time, due to our lunch being at the same time and for the same duration each day. We were assured that that would not be an issue. Our lunch break came and the pizza still was not here. We did not receive our pizza until 20 minutes after our lunch break ended. In addition to the pizza arriving past our lunch break, it was also cold. We will not be ordering from Dimatteo’s again.
