This place is awful. The workers are really nice so that’s a saving grace but it’s expensive and the food is BAD. We got two burger, 3 fries and 4 shakes and it was over $90. When our food came out it was bland, unseasoned, soggy, the fries were cold, they messed up my burger and gave me a single instead of a double then took fifteen minutes to give me another patty and by that time the rest of the food was also ice cold. The shakes were slimy and warm and tasted like a mix of strawberry and chocolate so I don’t think they cleaned in between blending. We got a refund for the shakes. The GM was nice enough to offer 2 comp cards but from my experience as a GM of a similar restaurant they severely undershot the fix. In food service you’re supposed to over apologize, give comp cards, refund the shakes, re make the shakes for free, take care of the customers so that they see you care that it was messed up and that you have pride in the restaurant and I didn’t see that here.

Staff was unattentive. Food was cold and overcooked. We were there at about 8 PM With 3 toddlers. We asked for water and fries to start to tide the kids over and that took 20 minute. That was after sitting down and waiting 10 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for initial contact. We were told to sit so we didn’t just walk in and sit down. The staff was busy talking to what looked like friends at the counter. When we asked about shakes we were told that they cannot make them after 8 PM. I checked my watch and it was 8:01, remember we waited to order drinks for 10 minutes. Then when my friend took the girls to the bathroom, our server told her that she was just about to go to the bathroom. May I remind you that she was bringing 3 toddlers to the bathroom and did NOT interfere with the server.

Waited an hour, never got the food. A group of 10 people got their food before me and they came in 10 minutes after me. All I wanted was 2 burgers and tater tots. The manager never even apologized. After confronting him he practically ran away. Don’t eat here, you’ll just waste your time. Go to the one at west gate, you’ll be a lot happier. Or better yet, just go to in n out.

Giving two to try and be nice. Went today with my mom and my two girls. Today was pay your age at build a bear. They were understaffed for such a busy day. Waitress was rude and short tempered. She had an excuse for everything. Food took an hour and a half. Will not be returning if the mall is busy. Also food was cold and missing items that the menu said it would have.

This place was horrible, simply because it took over 40 minutes for us to be served our food and when the food came, our burgers were wrong; plain cheeseburgers mean plain, not onions, pickles,tomatoes etc. The waiter should have wrote down the order instead of trying to remember it. I am allergic to onions, I picked off the condiments simply because the waiter probably would’ve took another 40 minutes just to get me my right order; a plain cheeseburger. The fries were also cold when served. If my dinner date didn’t notice our food was wrong I could’ve ate the burger and had a bad reaction to the onions; which then I could’ve sued this place. Do not eat here unless you want to wait for your order to be screwed up and get bad service.

The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are great. However, this restaurant has had the worst service every since it opened! Today did not disappoint. We walked up to get a seat and without even looking at us the hostess grumbled, “35 minute wait.” There were at least 10 open booths. Why don’t you just close the place down?

Pricey for the quality of food. Service is pretty slow for the food you order. They’re hot dogs and grilled sandwiches. Kept giving them chances, and each time was disappointing. One visit it took a long time just to get a grilled ham and cheese, along with refills of drinks. So sad, these restaurants have so much potential to be great, but fall short.
