As a Chipotle devotee, I’m super disappointed in my recent experience at our local store. My friends and I each ordered bowls, and we were all shorted on all the ingredients. Our fajita veggies were left out entirely, the rice was undercooked, the meat was cold, and the bowls looked like they had been literally thrown together. The last few times I’ve been there, the folks putting together the meals seemed like they wanted to be doing literally anything else, and this experience pretty much confirms that.

This location has a lot of negative reviews, so I feel the need to write a positive review to offset their rating. I pick up dinner from here for my husband and I about once or twice a month, and it’s always a good experience. I order online, and they always get our order exactly right. The bowls are always very full, and the food is always delicious. Ok, sometimes the chips are stale, but that’s every chipotle in the country. IMO, this location is just as good as any other location I’ve been to and it’s a relatively healthy dinner when I don’t feel like cooking.

My family and I live here locally and the food the past couple months from this location hasn’t been the best, but tonight the food was absolutely amazing!! Toppings all fresh, meat wasn’t dry, and huge portions spread evenly so you can dig in and take a bite without having to mix it (good for messy people like me haha) Seriously the best chipotle I’ve had in a while and the whole family is impressed. Great job to the cooks and line workers tonight!!!

The food was good and that’s about all (and why there is 2 stars). We walked in with over an hour until closing and the staff immediately started putting up chairs onto the tables. They acted as if they were closing in 5 mins. There was no chips to eat with salsa and was not informed of that until after our food was prepared. When we ordered a kids soft drink, the girl slammed the cup down on the counter. The two girls working complained about being the only two working, but there were two more employees behind the counter.

The tables were all dirty, the brown rice was undercooked, the one piece of pork on my rice bowl had a huge vein that was unbreakable. The chips were stale and the service was awful. The kid basically threw the chips we ordered at me. He recovered himself and handed me the drink cups. We have always been big Chipotle fans but I won’t be going back to this location again ever..it was hugely disappointing and for over $30.00, beyond disappointing

Food is often cold or put together very sloppy. Half of their options are always not available. Their dining room is never open, and when it is it’s disgusting. The staff is typically very rude and it seems like you are a burden whenever you order. Mobile orders are always late and the staff seems very lackadaisical. I absolutely love chipotle and consider it one of my favorite restaurants, but this is not a good chipotle at all.

This Chipotle is an absolute disappointment to the franchise. It never fails to be an excessive wait for no reason. The manager doesn’t take control and just lets the line pile out the door. To top it off, they often require online orders which just further complicates things by increasing wait times when you’re on the go.

The worst Chipotle food I have ever had and I’ve been going to them in two states (NC and IN) for years! The rice was hard, the vegies raw (and hard), and the chips were stale and hard. So so disappointed. I took the food home so didn’t realize how bad it was until later. I would give it a 1 but they seemed like nice people.

This place is so skimpy on portions its ridiculous. They barely give a half scoop of chicken. For $10 it’s a rip off. I know you can get double meat, but here double meat is a regular scoop or portion.
