The worst experience ever. I ordered online a pepperoni pizza. I noticed it did save save my pepperoni and called right away. The lady said no problem we will add the the pepperoni. I said thank you. My pizza comes and it is just cheese. I call the store and a young man with no customer service answered the phone. I explained that my pizza was not correct. Hey say ok so what do you want me to do? I said nothing I will bring the pizza back. I arrived at the store and asked for the manager. The manager did not come to the front. (The gentleman behind me is frustrated because he called is order in waited 30 minutes at home then 30 minutes at the store and still was not ready. ) I then again asked for a manager and the young man get the manager. I explain to her what was going on she said well you did not pay for the pepperoni. I explained that the lady said they would add the pepperoni. At no point did she ask me to pay or even say I am sorry for the miss under standing. The only that was told to me was you didn’t pay for pepperoni. Which I tried to when I called back or could have in person.

Ordered a large pan pizza. After paying for it, the counter guy handed it to me. Opened box to check and it was obviously a medium. I questioned it and he said “they just stretched the dough weird “. Yeah it was stretched to a medium not a large! Really? Didn’t have time to argue or have them do another one but wow.

Pizza arrived soggy and room temperature. Didn’t provide my garlic butter dipping sauce and the pizza was “thrown” together it was a mess! Half the pizza didn’t even have pepperonis on it. Such a disappointment! Seriously soggy wet center of the crust, it wasn’t even cooked thouroly!

Placed a delivery order and the order never arrived. Had to call the store directly because there’s no way to report non-delivered orders online. No apology or offer to remake the order and rush it out. Only offered a refund that “should appear in a couple of days.”

Every single time we order pizza….. It’s wrong. Tonight for example, we ordered a large pizza, but instead we got a bread bowl with a handful of stuff thrown in the middle, see picture… I really like pizza hut. I have teenagers at home so I’m not saying teenagers are bad, but the store is run by them. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always make it right though. That’s where the 3rd start comes from.
