It’s usually good but amount of food is different every time you order. Also, when someone asks for extra of anything (in my case, jalapeños) it probably shouldn’t be a comically small amount. I was provided a small amount of crumbs as if me asking was a problem. Super weird.

Our first time visiting a Noodles and Company. Service was good. Food was decent but, I thought the prices were a bit too high for noodles and your choice of sauce. It was worth a try… I highly doubt we will return.

Staff is not friendly or helpful at all, not knowledgeable on what comes on what. The soda machine was down for all diet sodas, didn’t know til after I bought one. The food wasn’t great at all. This is my 2nd time here and unfortunately my last, shameful because I use to like this place a lot.

Food would have probably tasted great, if it had enough sauce. I even paid the extra $1 for more sauce. You can see in the pictures what they gave me. The pics show the entire meal and it cost $12. Terrible. Then, the sign says to call and press “0” and the lady that answered was rude and said they can’t take it to my car. Then why put up a sign for it?? See pics for that too. I did exactly what the sign said to do.
