The first picture is a so called Burrito Supreme and the 2nd is I guess the 5 layer burrito, now I have had both of these many times before from this location but this is the worst!!! They were both the size of a soft taco, just thrown together and didn’t look like what they were supposed to be. Very very disappointed! I know it doesn’t matter but I’ll never return to the Perkins rd location!

The worst after placing a simple order I got fries that were fried the night before at least that’s what they tasted like on top of that my tacos had lil to no meat 2 strands of lettuce and all broken up… I’m immediately asked for a refund ….later that night went back so you would think new staff they were worser I give up il just keep my money when it comes to Taco bell

The last 2 times I have gone to this location, they have been on point with the service. Most other taco bells, Popeyes, McDonald’s, Burger King, and other fast food places don’t seem to care about the customer too much, but this place has turned it around. They get the food out quick. No drama. No fuss. Main thing is the orders have been right the last 2 times. Almost impossible at the one by my house.

Store was very clean, and looked very new, my order was correct in every way. I hadn’t eaten taco bell in a long tome, and went in for a Mexican pizza and a taco cheddar melt. They didn’t have the cheddar taco, but everything else was good.

Order nacho and taco no hamburger cause I can’t digest it ordered beans .well I got hamburger instead couldn’t eat either. Ordered 3 chicken chipotle burrito no chipotle got a chicken chipotle and ranch melt thing with both sauces so much the lettuce was swimming in it. Hubby order steak quesadilla got a chicken . paid 28$ and it was all wrong called them and she hung up on me last night we work midnight so we will go to store tomorrow to complain also no receipt was given I asked three times only thing right was my drink

I stopped by for lunch and wanted to order the doritos locos tacos meal but they were out. That’s fine I understand there’s shortages and people ordering the same thing so I ordered the 3 taco meal and a chicken quesadilla. All I can say is that I’ll never buy anything else from taco bell. The quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way, it wasn’t even hot. The shredded cheese was falling out of the tortilla and it just feels like it was rushed. The pictures don’t do it justice but I didn’t finish eating it. Very, very dissatisfied.
