Since the arrival of the new chef Jake (previously from Nobu in Miami) the food has blown me away. Everything on the menu is incredible. I could eat there every night. From the minute I walked in I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail with the decor and atmosphere that gives this place an identity of its own. I’ve eaten here many times and really enjoy everything which is impressive considering how diverse their menu is. The food itself is on another level! This is by far my favorite restaurant in Aspen and I will continue recommending it to all my friends.

The very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff make dining a pleasure, and guide guests through menu with gracious ease. We generally enjoyed our dinner and the food was good. However we were super surprised when we were leaving and picking up our coats that manager stopped us and demanded higher tip (we originally left over $200 tip). It left super bad taste in our mouth. We won’t be going back there.
