This is the only caribou I refuse to go to. Every single time I go here they manage to mess up my drink. Every single time. I got my coffee with a smoothie straw today. One time I asked for a sliced bagel with cream cheese (to eat in house) and the bagel was definitely not sliced .

Coffee was what was expected, but the service here was great. There is a very friendly staff and the atmosphere they create is relaxed and fun. I was here to meet with a client and take advantage of their free wi-fi because it happened to be a convenient location, now it is going to be on my list of “go-to” stops whenever I have occasion to have a signing or preparatory meeting. Thank you to everyone who was working there, you made my day.

I love Caribou and this is a great location, but something needs to be said about the new cup lids (lids launched early 2020 I believe). They are absolutely horrible, do not fit any of the cup sizes whatsoever and manage to spill every single time (literally every single time). Causes a huge mess in my car and on my desk at work. I’ve burned myself with hot coffee multiple times because of this. The leaking isn’t something that can be stopped with the lid stopper, it leaks from the side at all times and no matter what cup size I get.

There are some really great employees at this location,with that being said there are some awful ones too.I just want my mocha to taste the same everytime ,being that I order it the same every time. Don’t even bother getting a cappuccino unless you would like a cup of foam,because that’s literally all you will get.Worse $7 I spent in my life. I do really appreciate Brandon and there is 2 other young female employees who are polite and respectful.
