Best pizza in Morgantown!! I have ordered from there a few times, and each time the food is amazing. They also prepare the food quickly so I never had to wait. Every employee greets you as you walk through the door which makes me feel welcome. If you want great food in a great atmosphere you need to go to Provoloni’s.

The food is good (5 star) but the waitstaff rushes the customer (1 star). I ate here twice while traveling in the area on business. Both times I was asked if I’d like my food boxed up within 20 minutes of receiving my meal. I was eating outside in the early afternoon. There was plenty of available seating. Most recently the server brought me my bill while I was still eating, without being asked to, or asking if I would like anything else. I would recommend Provolonis for takeout, or if one is interested in fast service, but not if one is seeking a relaxing meal.

The food is usually amazing but the service is rarely mentionable. You can count on a delicious meal but getting a drink in a timely manner or even a smile from the staff not so much. I still frequent the place because of the food but I know what to expect. Maybe it’s because I only come during the lunch hour.

They have great bread. I know it’s not the main dish, but it’s a great start / opening to your meal. Their other dishes are also quite good. Sometimes the sauce can be a little watered down, but you can have that fixed by telling them you want it thicker.

Best chicken piccatta I’ve ever eaten. Service was fast and friendly, and a Frank Sinatra impersonator was playing too which just added to the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Service gets 2 stars, had to hunt a server down to replace 2 greasy water glasses. Slowest food service ever, food got to us cold, at least it was taken off bill. Will not be back, do not recommend!

The pizza sauce was to sweet and the crust was sorta burned. The pasta sauce was also to sweet and the sausage was dry. The staff that was working at the time was nice.

How does the owner leave town and leave no money for the food order!?!?! My wife and I went on our anniversary and couldn’t order our favorite meal. Very disappointed and will probably not return.

Owner would only let me use one of my two gift certificates when it clearly says “no more than 2 certificates per visit/table”. Ridiculous for someone in customer service to operate like this. Won’t be going back.
