This was my sister’s first trip to Waffle House and she certainly loved her waffle! The Coffee was fantastic, hash browns crispy and tasty, eggs fixed to a perfect medium as we ordered! Texas toast was yummy and our waitress was kind and wonderful so we left her a well deserved $20 tip! We visited on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

We visited recently with our son and grandkids. Our experience was excellent. Our waitress (I believe her name was Cynthia) was so kind and helpful! She was truly the best waitress we’ve ever had Anywhere! The manager/chef also came over to see how we liked the food. It was excellent as well. Wish we lived in Springdale so we could return often.

This is the best Waffle House in Northwest Arkansas. My wife and I have breakfast at this location every Sunday. We alway wait for Cindy to be our waitress. She is by far the best worker there. If it weren’t for Ms. Cindy I don’t believe my wife and I would eat there every Sunday morning.

It wasn’t what I was feeling for a birthday supper, but it’s what I knew my daughter’s would like & enjoy. It also wasn’t our usual location that’s presently under a restructuring, but we still received good service thanks to Madisyn (I think that’s how her name is spelt) for remembering us from a previous visit & was on point with her service. I owe her an apology for not being able to tip her or the cook, but I’ll make it up in the future. Thanks for having an employee like her to make customers comfortable.
