August 18 @ 4:30AM Service SUCKED. The one kid server working had better things to do other than serve the 2 customers in the restaurant. He sucked. This is why people don’t tip anymore because servers Suck and still expect/demand to be tipped. Did you understand this kid SUCKED at being a server. I had to get up and ask the kitchen staff for butter because he didn’t butter my toast before serving it.

Thank you Norms. Musaddek was very nice helpful, attentive and made sure to take my order correctly. With all my questions, tired and hungry. It was close to closing 11:20 and he got a rush. Even with the clear understaffing but the whole team came together to get people’s orders. Could be due to people not wanting to work these hard jobs.Dealing with hungry/ drunk people is not easy. Thanks for the prompt service and attentiveness. Will come back.

Simple and good “American food”. Fast and good sized portions. (As an Scandinavian I still think the portions are oversized) Today we tried the bacon burger, and also a breakfast with hash brown and pancakes. Everything taste good. Extra plus on the French fries because they were crispy and very fresh. Try their lemonades, they are really good. Service is good and you feel welcomed.

If you want a classic diner meal Norm’s would be one. I’ve eaten at this location in and off for many years. But now a days more off than on. Only because the homeless population has increased around it. It has a kind of dirtiness to it that you can’t get away from. The inside feels the same. I hate to say this because long ago it was decent. The food is good. If you like typical diner fare I’d say it’s okay.

We stopped by for breakfast after our granddaughter ran at the fairgrounds. This is a large and clean facility. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had to wait a bit for our food and the fries and hotcakes were on the cool side. That being said the food was plentiful and tasty. Serving the food quicker and warm will get them to a 5 star rating next time.

Nice service and good value make it a classic Norms for the late night crowd. The claw toy machine that allows you to win or purchase the stuffed toy for $10?? Stick with steak and eggs and give yourself a vanilla shake for $5, you won’t loose.
