Ay bruh idk what’s going on but if the pictures on FB are true and they seem to be I won’t everrrrrrr be eating here again in my life. They got roaches and cooking food in BLACK cooking oil. I mean BLACKKK. Also looks like they were putting onions on burgers that should have been thrown away two weeks ago!! Very dangerous as onions absorb bacteria. Y’all better find you some real managers bc plenty of people wanna work but them bum managers every company seems to be hiring these days ain’t it.

So busy our order took a long time to arrive. The BLT was cold; another sandwich has hardly to no sauce on it. Order one large combo meal and got a medium drink I stead of the large. We have eaten at What-a-Burger in Louisiana, Texas, and in Huntsville – they were all great. This one has issues with service and food quality.

I’ve been sitting n the whataburger outside drive thru lane for 15 minutes now with one car in front of me. The inside lane is moving right along with 5 cars serviced so far. Don’t go thru the outside lane you will literally be stuck here for awhile. If I could pull out and leave I would. They didn’t have any ideal what I ordered the worker had to come out 4 different times. I’ll never come back ! Ps I’m still waiting ! My order finally came out, the fries are cold and my drink orders wrong.

The for is great and staff is very polite but everytime I’ve been for the last 3 months when I order anything and ask for no onions they still put onions on it ♀️ so I always have to go back and get them to fix it. Other than that it’s great food/shakes/drinks. Just double check your food before leaving.

I’ve had no problems with this whataburger until now they were always fast and on time but i went in around 7:05 with an order i placed at 6:55 online and it took FOREVER i waited more than 40 minutes to get my food and that was because i had to ask since i assume they lost it or gave it to someone else

This Albertville AL location had lightening speed service getting out food out to our table, and the front counter cashier was soooo sweet and polite. The attitude and atmosphere was just wonderful and it was super clean and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the avocado bacon burger meal and it’s on point!

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 1 egg/cheese biscuit. There is no one ahead of me in the drive through for 10 minutes. I could have already cooked the sausage and the eggs and done some other things, too. What in the world???
