The process was fast, as was the delivery, but I suppose speed over quality isn’t my cup of tea. My order was a gluten-free light cheesed pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. Except I got a pizza with hardly any cheese. My camera quality makes the pizza look a lot better than it really is.

I got the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was so greasy. It looked like someone poured water all over the pizza and box. It fell apart like wet bread when trying to pick up a slice. Then they gave me an opened container of garlic sauce…

I would not recommend ordering from here. I have been trying this place out for a good amount of time…. not only do not deliver your order efficiently, when you try to address the issue online do they do not even care to do so. I would not recommend ordering here. Domino’s would be better. (I am posting on the two nearest since corporate cannot be bothered to address the issue)

I go pick up my pizza and i hand the girl a $100. She looks at me and said ” why would you hand me that. Do you think i have change?” She was so rude. I asked her what her name was she said i dont have to answer that. She had no name tag i asked her for a receipt and she said we ran out of paper. We get home my order was wrong. I call them and she said oh well you should of checked it before you left. Never again will i go bk.

Terrible customer service!!! The managers were not helpful at all. Had to call a different papa johns for them to respond to me. Showed that my order was delivered knowing that the delivery driver had not delivered the pizza. Will never call this store again!!! Waste of my time.

I have had a couple problems with this location in the past year after getting pizza here about 5 times. One delivery, one carry out. Delivery was supposed to be 30-40 minutes, and it took about 2 hours with no kind of compensation after calling and asking where my pizza was twice, both times I got the manager and his only response was, “im sorry, we are working with only one driver. He’s about 20 minutes away..” the establishment is about 6 miles away from me.. the Carry Out incident was about 3 days ago, the gentleman didn’t show me the pizza when I picked it up, and when I got home, the sauce was way undercooked and the cheese was burnt. It tasted like onions had been on the pizza at some point, and my grandma found a couple pieces hidden in the cheese, when we only got pepperoni and mushroom. Just starting to be a real bummer because I really speak highly about papa johns. They all and all really make the best pizza for a mainstream joint. this location has a great attitude, just really lacking in efficiency. If my next experience somehow changes, I will gladly change my review.
