TERRIBLE. Don’t know how this place has such a high rating. I’m new to the area, this was my first visit and it will be my last. Basically, I got a $21 bottled iced tea because that was the only thing that was as expected & edible. Ordered a Cali tuna, which is supposed to have avocado, asked for no onions. Received a plain tuna (with very little tuna for a $14 sandwich!) NO avocado, WITH onions. Dry bread no mayo or mustard. Tuna is bland, no flavor. But I mainly ordered this sandwich to get the avocado. I was going to order an avocado sandwich and decided to get with tuna, but I got no avocado and tasteless tuna. I tipped because I’ve never been there, and they are making my sandwich, and I like to tip when I can, but I wish I could take it back. I wish I could get a refund on my whole order. You need to hire better people that can make a good sandwich and get orders correct if you are going to charge these high prices. I don’t mind paying a high price if something is good and worth it and delicious, but this definitely was not any of those things. And the cookie that you included was absolutely gross and and inedible, so that doesn’t add value. I was hungry, so I picked up the sandwich and ate some of the cheese and tomato. Don’t like that crunchy bread hurts my mouth, painful to eat, and has no particularly good taste. I got some chips to eat with my sandwich, but since I didn’t really eat my sandwich, I didn’t need the chips so whole thing was a fail. I just feel very unsatisfied and ripped off and I won’t be going back because that’s not a good feeling. There must not be very many good places to eat around here if this place is rated highly people in the area have some very low expectations.

Great sandwiches from friendly staff. The Listen Linda is a great option for turkey bacon and avocado lovers, and the Big Easy is a great chicken salad sandwich. AND THE GARLIC SPREAD!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quality, good amount of meat, but not as much as before covid. I’ve done A TON of business here. Way better than any other sandwiches in Brentwood, especially TOGO. I do recommend adding more meat back into the sandwiches. Be different and be the best in town!

I paid 11.00 for a 5.00 sandwich what a RIP off. There was no meat or condiments on my sandwich. It was all bread. I don’t know how they can sell sandwiches like these at such a high price. I would’ve done better at Subway. I will never go here again

I ordered the BLT with avacado. The sandwich was good, but not great. It tasted like fake bacon. I’m not saying it was fake bacon, but it tasted really un-bacon-like and that threw off the taste for me. My husband’s sandwich was really good. He had turkey and cheese. We only ordered the two sandwiches and it was $20.00. I thought that was a little pricey for only 2 sandwiches. No drink or chips. I probably won’t go back.
