Been going to the Fridley location for almost 20 years. Never any complaints that rise above a petty issue, never repeated. I’ve never had a pizza not made to my order. Great workers over the years, consistently high quality, fresh ingredients, generous load on the ingredients & enough different ingredients & options to allow most anyone to get what they want. Crusts are good–haven’t tried the cauliflower one. Easy to cook. Please tip the staff, no real excuse given the high value for the money! A dollar or two will help a lot. I only took one star away as I prefer a sauce with more Italian style spices. And over the years, the owners/company have had no tip policies, sometimes not even allowing a tip jar when tips were permitted. When they weren’t, I just left it on the counter. I worked in lots of restaurants while going to school. While this is somewhat different, it’s still a hard job standing all day & prepping the ingredients.

In short, a horrible experience at this location and not the first time. The redhead guy was arguing that the hog heaven pizza wasn’t part of the 5 topping Tuesday. Ask for a manager and he corrected it. Then he told me adding additional ingredients from the Tuesday special is an additional charge.

2nd time ordering from this location. Ordered a $10 large on Tuesday pizza, took it home, and cooked it within one hour of picking it up. Pizza was completely stuck to the tray, and could not be peeled off the cardboard without completely ruining the pizza. Called to complain, and at 6:45 pm, there was NO MANAGER in the store to take my call. No manager, no supervisor, no one to help me out. They offered to remake my pizza, but after picking up, cooking, and finding out my pizza is trashed, I wasn’t about to drive back in and pick up another pizza just to be disappointed again.

Nope. My first time there I didn’t realize it was a “take and bake”. I had never heard of such a thing. Why is this even a thing? If I have to take it home and bake it I can just grab a frozen pizza for less. And the taste isn’t nearly as good as its competitors. Long story short I went into the store told the cashier it was my first time there. At that moment she could have explained they don’t bake the pizza. Then it was given to me on a what seems to be a large paper plate for baking and packaged with Saran Wrap. I didn’t even get a pizza box! This concept is good in theory, hard pass for me.

Ugh… order online and they said I cant get the 10$ Tuesday deal. Rude, and careless customer service. They did not even know where order ticket was nor was my pizza even ready by the time the website said. Stood and waited forever while I watched other people dealing with the same frustrations as I was going thru. Unbelievably bad. Sad because I’m a long time resident and customer and just last Tuesday I was charged 10$ for the same pizza online… not consistent at all. They messed up a dude’s pizza 3 times in a row while I was waiting for mine… worried that mine will be wrong. Never coming here again. Stay away.

They usually do a good job, I go in every Tuesday for a 5 topping $10 stuffed pizza, I always get pep sausage and bacon with extra mozzarella and extra three cheese. Every 4 to 5 times they short the cheese but if it’s bad enough for me to complain, they’ve made it right.

The general website advertised 25% off limited time offer on orders $20 or more. The site did not apply the discount and no code was provided. The store said it wasn’t working and everyone was complaining about it. I asked if it was being honored and the response was no. I went ahead and purchased my order but the deal should have been honored and I will reconsider ordering from this Papa Murphy’s in the future. What a horrible business practice. Very disappointing as the cost of Papa Murphy’s now doesn’t really provide much benefit from when they started.
