Bunch of kids working who have no work ethic. Would pick up the phone yet say nothing so they could keep doing what they wanted and not have to hear it ring. Weren’t gonna play those games so we went in and of course they were all sitting around doing nothing talking up front. Then we were told they didn’t do orders and only did hot and ready while laughing. Took our business elsewhere.

Made an online order but due to an error on their system, my order was cancelled but I was charged. After making multiple calls to try to resolve this, they said to just call my credit card company. Little Caesar’s is one of the most incompetent companies I have ever done business with. I will never do business with this company again.

While the pizza at this location has been tasty at times, it seems to be hit or miss. Waiting for a Hot-n-Ready pizza occurs with enough frequency here that I often wonder about the management quality. Nonetheless, I have not given up hope as I enjoy the food enough to return 2-3 times a month.

This is our neighborhood joint but tonight not so friendly atmosphere. When we got there only one other person already waiting and the cashier did not seem happy to be there. I didn’t get any indication of it being busy, definitely less than other visits. I sat and waited and watched her shake her head and/or mutter under her breath everytime someone came through the door. The girl in the back seem to be hustling and during my visit she was the only one making the pizza, so I applaud her, but maybe less grumpy employees in front for your customers. I give it 4 stars because every other time has been great.

I ordered a crazy bread on the app and when I came to pick it up, the worker gave me one that was sitting in the hot box with the rest of the hot n ready breads. I asked for a fresher one as I had ordered online so it should be hot out of the oven and he said he couldn’t do that. I mentioned I worked at a different location and he then gave me a different bag. I’m not sure if it was fresher or not as they are not timed on the bag as they should be. They were undercooked and lacked the buttery garlic goodness that crazy bread spread should give it. There were 3 other customers waiting in the lobby and I saw no hustle in the back at all. Pretty disappointed in both service and quality.

I give the elk river little caesars one star for customer service. I ordered a pizza and 4 customers came in after me and ordered at the counter as I did. All four got there order before me. I brought it to their attention when the second costumer was out the door before me. When the forth costumer recieved there order before me, I complained, I was told to get out and go to domino’s pizza. I asked for a refund but was only told to get out. This was done by the owner and his wife. No way to treat a customer who registered a complaint. Don’t ever complain unless you want to be kicked out.
