Got here and tried to use the free fries Friday coupon, and they told us immediately that we couldn’t use it, then I went on the app and used it, and it worked. The person at the counter didn’t speak good English and had to get help for our order. Then they forgot our spoons for our shakes. There are also a lot of homeless people walking around and sitting in and around the restaurant. Don’t recommend you come here.

Always was hit or miss with the food and the customer service is generally not great. I still went on occasion though until the last time. I asked for a combo and the guy told me it wasnt a combo, i insisted it was because it is and was told its not. He then asked what i wanted and i said exactly what i asked for, he then mentioned i can talk to the manager so i did. The manager knew it was a combo and changed the order so the price was right and even apologized. I told him the person i spoke to first should be the one apologizing, he said that wont be happening and then refused service. I’m leaving a complaint with corporate and ill be contacting the owner as well.

Started out well then went downhill. Ordered on the app easily but guy forgot to give me the drink cup – no big deal. Then my cheeseburger bun was stale even though I special ordered – a bigger deal. We dined in because we’re on a motorcycle, and while we were inside someone stole a helmet off of our bike! That’s a HUGE deal! We had 2 helmets secured with a cargo net on top of our tour pack – one was gone! It was a custom painted helmet with scenes of eagles flying through the mountains. We had ridden from Milwaukee for days with them secured like that, so I know that one of them didn’t just wiggle out.

They hate poor and colored people. I was permanently banned for complaining when served tepid coffee and asked for a hot cup of coffee. I didn’t realize that poor black people don’t deserve and are not entitled to hot coffee from McDonald’s in Montana. Whenever a black man complains, it is seen as ungrateful and violent.
