Chicken tenders and mashed potatoes were good but we received a mummified chicken bucket. The location would not replace with a fresh batch as they said “all the chicken will be like that for the rest of the day.” We asked if they could at least credit the charge if we returned the bucket with the chicken and the location said no. They also forgot to give us the box of biscuits we ordered.

On last visit, the tenders, biscuits, and mashed potatoes/gravy were all good, but the Original Recipe breasts, thighs, and drumsticks/legs were all dark and overcooked and/or kept in warmer too long. Very crunchy and tough, and did not eat it. Called store to try to exchange the non-strips for something fresh and they said it was just the oil needing changed and took our name to replace them another day. I don’t think it was just the oil, but will try again in a month or so.

Horrible customer service. Ordered it for Easter a while back and the chicken was old and hard. Gave it another shot one day and came an hour before they closed. all the windows were closed and the door was locked. Came back again today and they served the people behind us with their large order first when all I ordered was a spicy sandwich. When my order finally came out only half of the sandwich had the spicy sauce on it. Horrible location DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

wife did an online order for pickup that went well. she had me pick it up after work. looked like no customers in the lobby or drive thru. got to the speaker and he says online orders have to be picked up inside. nbd I’ll go inside while i don’t agree with the policy i get it not his fault. i go in and have to wait a couple min for my food which i could see on the rack. he apologized for the wait and was polite. so overall not bad but having to go inside seems odd. i don’t normally go to kfc and this specific instance didn’t make me feel like it was going to change my opinion on kfc.

I ordered a 3 piece original recipe box for supper for carryout yesterday. Chicken was extremely brown almost burnt and dry as a desert. Really! So disappointing. I manage to eat 1 piece. Threw away the rest. This is the second time I’ve gotten over cooked chicken from you guys.

Ordered the plain wings. They are very big but undercooked. My wife wanted original dark but there was none and we tried the wings. They let us exchange them for chicken tenders and they were just ok. We’re from Iowa and our KFC sucks too. Overpriced and not worth it.

They advertised a special but they won’t honor it. They said that the new promotion has to arrive before they take down the old one. Then they wouldn’t give us all dark without making us wait for at least 16-25 minutes. It’s now been over 25 minutes and we still haven’t received our order.

Not a fan anymore of KFC anymore. Their prices are way too high. The design of this restrauant let’s the cold winter air right in with no entryway. Like the food but not at their high prices.

Complete trash. The girl working the drive thru was insanely rude to virtually everyone she encountered. We placed an online order, showed up at the expected time and she told us it would be an additional 30 minutes. We didn’t have time to wait so we asked for our money back and she said, we don’t do refunds, you have to call corporate. I’ll never go back here and by the looks of the other reviews, this place needs shut down and/or an entirely new staff brought in.

Ordered 3 piece all white chicken breast and two large mashed potatoes no gravy. Got two large sides of mashed potatoes and side of gravy and 3piece dark meat with small mashed and gravy and a biscuit, no breast meat must have mixed up order, tryed to call several times nobody answered the phone at 740pm, drive all way from Washington to home in Delavan to find out order was wrong,I asked him several times to make sure he was putting in 3 breasts which lady wanted and no gravy or drink. Was getting for an elderly lady in Delavan when I went thru so could not just bring it back to straighten it out. Very disappointing for the lady who doesn’t eat dark meat.
