This McDonalds location is convenient for a quick bite. The employees were pretty friendly and helpful for figuring out whether the McDonalds app coupon would a good deal. The food was fresh and hot. They are also connected to a Sunoco gas station. Traffic getting out of the location is a little tough.

Service was horrible, we were cut off half way thru our order (drive-thru) as we were told girl taking order had to fill someone’s drink quick, took her 4 min. Food is sub par, portions smaller, large fries are in a larger container, never filled past 3/4 and burgers seem to have just dabs of toppings lately. Not a fan, McDonalds is not what it used to be.

Plight staff, but lack of attention to detail. No quality of service. Food was stale, or been sitting a while. They messed up the order, and didn’t even give the full order, we were missing one person’s whole meal. They couldn’t do anything because they never rang it up, but verbally acknowledged we ordered it. Didn’t have time to spare, so left without the order. Poor service and poor customer care.

More often than not they get your order right. But when they get it wrong they go all out. Lady gave me the wrong change back and on top of that when I got to the pick up window the guy knowingly gave me the wrong drink and said “well I already made this one”. Good thing there’s more options for breakfast close by.

This is the best McDonald’s in the Lansing area as far as I’m concerned. The employees are always great and very kind, the food is fresh and hot 9 out of 10 times, and the restaurant is always very clean. I don’t eat fast food a lot, but if a craving kicks in, or my family and I are out and need to eat quick, we’ll choose this specific McDonald’s over most other fast food restaurants near by.

I’ve been going through drive thru and eating here everyday after work for 4 weeks. I finally went in McDonald’s and it stinks of sewage. I can’t believe I’ve been eating here. It’s gross. Forget my food, I can’t believe they make their employees smell that every day. If I owned this business I would shut down and deep clean.
