No atmosphere due to drive through only from lack of employment. I ordered 4 small sides, corn, green beans, Mac, and mash potatoes. Each single side literally had maybe enough for 3 bits and it cost over 16$ made no good sense

This store missed 2 thighs, fries and all our dipping sauce! They want to blame door dash but our bags for months have been sealed because of Covid. I tried calling the store for a half an hr and they never answer the phone. I called the corporate number and they will not do ANYTHING with a third party order. It’s so unbelievable that a huge corporation like KFC will not do anything for a customer that was shorted (my entire meal of )$15.73. Carla at KFC corporate refused to do ANYTHING for us but make excuses. So very tired of good customer service being something of the past.

At first, it was going to be three stars. The first time I went, I got the breast with a side, a drink and cookie. The chicken was fresh and hot. However, the young lady for got to give me a fork and napkins. And on top of that, thank God I just so happen to look at my receipt and saw she charged me for the wrong order. After I got off, I went back and went inside. I got my meal for free while the assistant manager was trying to persuade me to come work for them. Wasn’t expecting my new for free. So thank you. I might just take him up on his offer.
