Im a frequent customer, normally decent fast food, the cooked broccoli is always raw, but overall decent food. This visit was not the best… placed online order, had to wait for it extra time, watched as they loaded it, and knowing it was short, the employee boxed my items and handed them to me to go. When I confronted them, they (the person that was helping me and two other employees)tried to argue even with receipt and digital order in hand.

The 2 employees serving were extremely unfriendly to the point of being rude. Neither of them answered my question. The orange chicken was dry not enough sauce, very small portion, the rice was stale and crispy. I wouldn’t recommend them even if it was free.

I just picked up our food and brought it home to find that my beef and broccoli on super greens only had 2 tiny peices of beef in it. I tried to call to get a remake and no one will answer. This happens far too often at this location and I’m sick of throwing my money away.

I just ordered here, I got 4 small pieces of chicken in my Kung Pao chicken and when I asked she said it was the correct amount and then asked for my bowl and added more. All the staff I dealt with was rude, I went over to the soda machine, water was ALL over the floor in front of it and ad I pushed the Dr pepper button water poured all over my hand, I called a worker over, who had been standing talking with another worker who was eating. She didn’t even see the water all over the floor until I said something. I was trying to give this place another try but after this visit, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Always an issue when I order sesame chicken the manager stated it’s one scoop yes one scoop of chicken they put one piece of chicken in the scoop mixed with the vegetables that does not count…… Your paying for the CHICKEN pieces this location is always an issue !!

They did not get my order’s right and gave us food we did not order and when I tried to call to let them know and they did not answer , and my family got sick I do not recommend this place at all !!!!!!! Their website says they’re open until 10:00 p.m. but at 9:30 all the lights were off and the doors were locked. Disappointing to drive all the way to the restaurant on the edge of town only to find it closed.
