The manager and employee were rude. They do not take orders you can only use the kiosk. No one tried to assist. The young lady was speaking to me as if she were on the streets. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. More people came in that did not know how to use the kiosk. No one came to assist. I told them how rude I had been treated and the young man an employee started raising his voice at me saying we ain’t rude. Food was poorly made and cold.

Over the last 7 years, I have not been able to order 1 sundae from this location. Every single time, “the machine is broken.” If you are too lazy to clean the machines at the end of the night, remove the thing from your menu. There is no way that the machine has been broken for 7 years. Also, I’ve had the wrong order so many times in this location, although over the past year, that seems to have improved some.

My cheeseburger was cold, and the bun was hard. My daughter chicken was old and overcooked, and then they microwaved it until it was too hard and rubbery to eat. They make you order from the kiosk so they can focus on the food and they can’t do that very well! Oh, but the fries were hot!
