Tonight, my family and I stopped by for dinner at the Tiffin Avenue Chipotle location (06/29/2023). I requested a chicken bowl. I asked the server for extra rice (which I always request since I don’t eat any of the salad sides). He automatically gave me a look and seemed irritated. With noticing his reaction, I mentioned that I did not mind paying extra for the side. He then added a small spoon sized of rice and stated to his coworker “charged her for 3 sides of rice”. Now, I really did not care how much it will cost me. Neither about the poor amount of rice received. I do have a problem with the bad attitude and poor treatment received at this location tonight. Very disappointed. I understand how hard it is to hire workers currently, however, respect towards customers should still exist.

My burrito bowl was fresh and I love their tractor beverage co. drinks! My new favorite drink is the Mandarin Fresca. The US-224 location in Findlay is 1000x better than the Trenton Avenue location.

Worst Chipotle EVER! I asked for extra rice because I don’t eat beans…dude literally put like 6 grains of rice extra, added to the HALF scoop he gave me originally. Half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for a little hot salsa, they drenched it. As you can see from the picture, not even close to a bowlful. Come on Chipotle, rice is a very inexpensive food (like $.35/pound wholesale.) I know this is not “technically” a Mexican restaurant, but every time I go to a Mexican restaurant, they give me extra rice as substitution for no beans without asking. Food was COLD!! This is a terrible value at $15 each. Also, employees seemed ticked that we were there, flinging the food around like they were having a temper tantrum. I will not return if this is the best you can do.

Everytime I’ve gone in on the last 3 months, no veggies. None. Out. Even an hour after opening. I have to wait for someone to check me out, even if the server isn’t helping a customer, I wait for someone in the back to finally come out. I refuse to return.

They built us some terrific sofrita salads with hot, medium, and mild salsas. (Yes, we get all three.) The ingredients are fresh and the spices are very yummy. Our only issue was there was a glob of sour cream in the hot salsa. That’s no bueno for us plant based eaters. Other than that, everything was great and served by happy staff.
