We are visiting the island and decided to order a takeout. The honey chicken and lemon chicken taste great. However, the crab rangoon was different then what we are used to. The service was fast and the lady upfront was friendly.

I have tried many other Chinese places on the island and today I finally stopped here. Service was great and I’m very pleased with the food. Ordered a few things that I normally eat and each one seemed a little bit different than what I’m used to, only in a better way. A little extra twang and cooked a little more crunchy. I just really enjoyed it and will be a frequent customer here!

Supposedly the left is pork fried rice! Dry, yellow rice that must be days old. Terrible! The right was supposed to be crispy beef! It’s just a mess of what was on kitchen floor!! What’s crispy?

My husband always says it doesn’t matter where you order chinese food from because it all pretty much taste the same, but we both agreed this was definitely the worst chinese food EVER. The sesame chicken and crab rangoon taste like it was fried in burnt oil, the fried rice and rice noodles were drowning in soy and also had a burnt taste. I had a bad feeling when I walked in and I know why I always go with my guy, I should’ve turned around and went somewhere else. DO NOT EAT HERE, it’s disgusting!!!!

Wasn’t the worst I’d ever had but certainly not more than 3 stars. The hot and sour soup was temperature warm. Not spicy at all and very sweet and has usual mushrooms not Chinese ones. Which is a first. Wait time was great. The chicken pieces were hard like they were old. The general tso chick wasn’t spicy but too sweet it was more like sweet and sour without the sour. We went on a sat and split the meal which was around 18 bucks bc they don’t have lunch prices on Saturday and as we weren’t too hungry thank goodness! If I lived there I wouldn’t go back. I’d find a better place or learn to make my own.

The food we received dining in was good. Two disappointments. At 2:30 we were too late for lunch specials because lunch hours end at 2pm, something not listed online, on the menu, or posted anywhere in the restaurant. Also, they were out of boneless spare ribs. We had lo mein, which had more sauce on it than in other restaurants, and sesame shrimp which was less crisp than some other places, but tasted fine and were quite large. These dinner portions were large enough to take home left overs at this hour. You must order from the counter and food will be brought to your table. They have about eight tables that mostly accommodate four people, some more or less. Check Google Maps or a good GPS for finding this hidden away restaurant.
